DAY 1 : FES- IFRANE- MIDELT- ERFOUD- ERG CHEBBI

Early morning pickup from your Hotel in Fez, meet your driver/guide with air-conditioned 4x4 Jeep car head out through the fertile Saiss plains to the cedar forests of the Middle Atlas mountain range. Lunch break in Midelt, then continue to Ziz River where lush palm groves lie among the traditional Moroccan fortresses fortified kasbahs. Head through the oasis towns of Erfoud and Merzouga, then take your camel in Erg Chebbi and follow your camel guide into the Sahara Desert. Admire the incredible views as the sun sets over the high dunes. Then, arrive at a desert camp, where you spend the night, and have a traditional Moroccan dinner while local nomads play traditional folk songs. Overnight: Erg Chebbi Luxury desert camp.

DAY 2 : THE DUNES OF ERG CHEBBI – KHAMLIYA VILLAGE – MERZOUGA

After breakfast at your luxury desert camp you’ll start your explorative desert journey of the area, visiting the village of the Khamlia, originally slaves from Sudan to experience their music and lifestyle. Not far away there is the lake of Merzouga, with its bird populations, including flamingos. You may also like to visit the nomad wire house where many Berber handicrafts are priced lower than in the big cities. On the afternoon you will mount your camel, guided by an experienced Camel man, to explore inside the mysterious sand-sea of the Erg-Chebbi. Here you'll spend your first night under the stars, or if you prefer, in a traditional Berber nomad tent. Dinner will be served in the tent where you will spend the night. Dinner luxury camp and Breakfast.

DAY 3 : ERG CHEBBI – TINGHIR – BOUMALNE – DADÈS

After the breakfast in your luxury desert camp, we visit the town of Rissani, the incredible birthplace of Moulay Ali Cherif — founder of Morocco’s ruling Alaouite Dynasty. Get into your air-conditioned minivan and travel to the oasis of Tinghir in the foothills of the High Atlas mountain. Take a 1-hour walk along the Todgha River and admire the palm trees and olive groves. Visit Berber villages and learn about the locals’ traditional lifestyle. Head to the magnificent Todgha Gorge for lunch. In the afternoon, drive out through the Dadès Valley along the famous ‘Road of 1,000 Kasbahs.’ Visit one of the region’s ancient kasbahs, then join your guest house in Boumalne. Dinner and overnight at a luxury Riad in Boumalne.

DAY 4 : BOUMALNE – DADÈS – SKOURA – MARRAKECH

After breakfast, We continue then by the road to the Roses Valley to Kelaa Mgouna, a famous rose plantation. Visit one of the rose-growing cooperatives. Continue through palm groves of the Skoura oasis. Travel through Ouarzazate — also known as ‘The Gate of The Sahara’ — Lunch at the UNESCO-listed Aït Benhaddou kasbah. Explore the kasbah and learn of the many famous films and photo shoots in which it has featured over the years. In the afternoon, take the Tizi-n-Tichka through the Atlas mountain. In the early evening, arrive back at your Riad or Hotel in Marrakech.

Children must be accompanied by an adult (There's a 50% reduction for children under 10 old whilst we don't charge children under 5).

Additional Info :

• A 4x4 can seat up to 4 adult passengers comfortably if there are 5 participants and up, a van will be used for your tour.
• Please wear jeans, trousers or long shorts for the camel ride to have a comfortable trek in Merzouga desert
• Children under 12 are welcome to ride the camel behind an adult
• Pick up from Fes can be flexible during spring and summer.
• Your Merzouga desert camp has electricity to charge your cameras and phone inside your tent.
• Do not forget your sunglasses, sun screen and good walking shoes
• Blue scarf and robe are handed to you during the ride and for photos only, they are not to keep
• bathroom condiments and towel are supplied within your ensuite bathroom.
